CNC sheet metal bending machine

Metal sheet bending with an accuracy of ±0.5°. Maximum bend length 2 m, press force 50 tonnes. Suitable for aluminium, steel and stainless steel.

Welding — MIG / MAG, TIG, spot welding

Welding of structural assemblies and sheet metal parts using the following methods: MIG / MAG (steel, stainless steel, aluminium), TIG (precision welds) and spot welding. Welding of nuts, bolts and other fasteners.

3D printing

Printing of prototypes, jigs and functional parts. 8 printers for larger volumes (250×210×210 mm), 1 printer for more demanding materials (TPU, nylon) with a heated bed. Layer resolution from 50 µm, materials: PLA, PETG, ASA. Capacity allows for the parallel processing of multiple orders.

Mont.

Assembly and finishing work

Screwing and assembly of components, pressing and crimping of fasteners, manual grinding, band saw cutting. Complete machining of parts from raw material to finished assembly.

Materials we work with:

          Aluminium, structural steel, stainless steel — for milling, bending and welding. For 3D printing: PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, nylon.
