We review the technical specifications, define the device’s functions, interfaces, performance parameters and limitations. The output is the project’s technical specification.

Circuit design and component selection

Drawing up electrical schematics, selecting suitable components taking into account availability and price, compiling a BOM and analysing alternatives.

PCB

DPS Prototype design and manufacture

PCB layout, DRC check, Gerber files. Arrangement of production and assembly of the prototype board.

Firmware development

Programming microcontrollers and processors, implementing communication protocols, commissioning and debugging on a real-HW.

VAL

Validation and documentation

Functional testing, parameter verification, stress testing. Preparation of complete design documentation for series production.
