How the collaboration works

Receipt and analysis of documentation

We review the customer’s drawings and electrical diagrams, the list of components and the requirements for the final equipment.

Cable assembly

Measuring and stripping cables, crimping ferrules, Faston and NSL connectors, self-tapping connectors, soldering. Bundles tied and labelled according to the diagram.

Final assembly of the unit

Integration of the finished cabling, together with the electronics and mechanical parts, into a complete unit in accordance with the instructions in the drawings.

Installation and connection

Installation and connection of the equipment directly at the customer’s premises. On-site verification of correct operation.

CE certification and servicing

Issuing of technical documentation and declarations of conformity (CE). After-sales service — both under warranty and post-warranty.

The types of connectors we work with:
Faston connectors, NSL connectors, self-tapping connectors, and sockets — crimped using specialised pliers for each type of connector.
